Innovation Project Title: Leading for Innovation

Catherine Swoboda is working to bring innovation and leadership opportunities to Global Resource System (GRS) undergraduate students. Her solution is adding curriculum, Leading for Innovation, to GLOBE 493 (Leadership Academy). The objective of the Leading for Innovation unit is to encourage innovative thinking and action in GRS students as they develop their own leadership skills. In the course, students critically examine leadership at intrapersonal, interpersonal, team and organizational levels and exercise leadership behaviors in teams and individually.
