Innovation Project Title: “Teaching Responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Ag & Tech Entrepreneurship”
Rather than a stand-alone “AI workshop,” this activity builds a portable, course-embedded AI module suite. That is, a set of assignments, templates, and guardrails that students repeatedly apply in different upper-level contexts. The suite will be integrated first into ECON 3320 (Cooperatives, Fall 2026) and then serve as the backbone for the new Experimental Economics for Product Innovation (3000-level) course, with the flexibility to extend into additional upper-level courses as he teaches them.
