Innovation Project Title: “Entrepreneurial Leadership in AGEDS 4900G”
AGEDS 4900G Entrepreneurial Leadership will provide a collaborative environment where
students can showcase innovative ideas, strategies, technologies, and initiatives. This experience reinforces and deepens entrepreneurial leadership understanding, broadens perspectives, and inspires creativity. It also fosters mutual support as students pursue individual goals and aspirations.
Students will develop a comprehensive business plan as the culminating deliverable for AGEDS 4900G, transforming their leadership vision into a structured and actionable framework. This plan goes beyond conceptual ideas by integrating market analysis, operational strategies, financial projections, and risk assessments to ensure both feasibility and sustainability. It also demonstrates students’ ability to apply entrepreneurial leadership principles in a real-world context, providing a clear roadmap for implementation and growth while showcasing innovation, strategic thinking and practical execution.
