Innovation Project Title: Enhancing FSHN 412 Food Product Development through Innovation and Ideation
Kate Gilbert is focused on helping students enrolled in FSHN 412, a senior capstone food product development course, integrate prior knowledge of food science and creativity. Through course enhancements, Gilbert will help students overcome challenges within their food product development processes by implementing new product ideation strategies and Human-Centered-Design to dig deeper. FSHN 412 will present students with valuable skills and experiences that they can use later in their career.
